Alden Depot and Historical Museum
On Monday, September 5 there will be a Model Train Exhibit at the Alden Depot Park Museum from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. The displays are furnished by area individuals and include wooden train and various gauge models. The public is welcome to include their trains for display also. The Museum is located at 10670 Coy Street in Alden. Free to the public. Sponsored by the Alden Historical Society. For more information call Paul Delange @ 231-377-7333. MONDAY WILL BE THE LAST DAY THE MUSEUM IS OPEN FOR THIS YEAR.

The Alden Train Depot is a focal point for activities in the town of Alden. There are many activities and events throughout the year. Learn all about the history of Alden and the Pere Marquette Railroad that molded this community and region. There is a restored train, volleyball courts, picnic area, and access to beautiful Torch Lake.
